Heather joined our wonderful Receptionist team in 2023. She had some past vet clinic experience, along with other various pet experiences. And she is such a quick learner, we felt like she had been here for years right after she started. 

When her smiling face is not at work, she and husband John, spend time with their children Jordan, Olivia, Keira, Katie and Matthew and grand children. She also likes to watch her youngest son play sports and go thrifting. With such a big family, is it any wonder that her favorite thing about RAH is our family atmosphere? We can certainly say that we are happy she decided to join us.
