I just wanted to let you know that I finally transferred over my dog's medical
records from the clinic I'm currently using, to your clinic. We had our first
appointment this morning, and Dr. Shepherd was great!! Your entire staff is
knowledgeable, courteous, and wonderful. I was very impressed with the
level of service we received, and the caring attitude each staff member
exhibits towards every patient. We have a brand new puppy and I will be
bringing her to see Dr. Shepherd as well.

When I receive great service, I always try to pass along my compliments. I
will refer as many of my friends and family members to you as possible,
because I know they would appreciate the wonderful service I received
today.

Thank-you,
Melissa Hooper

Thought you might enjoy this picture of Boomer and Gizmo (adopted from
the clinic) cuddling on a dog bed.  Misty, our Aussie that we lost this year,
posed for the picture on the bed's tag for PetMate.

Here’s little 20lb Lancelot checking emails and proudly showing off his
newly shaved tummy—soft as a chamois!  His eyes are actually blue, not
glowing fireballs!

Hi - My daughter has been after me to get you all a photo of our newest
edition, "Edward Cullen" Lee.  Yes, he is named after that famous vampire
from the Twilight Series and he does like to give "love bites" to his two
companions Bitsey and Bruiser and to Meagan and I.  I know how much
the girls in the office love Twilight so I thought is would be fun to send you a
picture so you all can say you have personally worked with Edward!!

Thanks for all you do!  We appreciate the care you give our animals.

I spoke with Adria this morning and asked her why Sophie’s picture was
NOT on the website!   She laughed and said she didn’t know…. which
gave me the open to send you some cute pics of my baby.  Hope you
enjoy!

Have a fabulous day.

After having quite the bad experience with a few other local veterinary
offices, I was wondering if I would ever find a clinic that would show the
your clinic last November, I have continued to be THRILLED with the
treatment they receive.  The staff is AMAZING!  I had tried everything
imaginable to get my Duke the help he needs with his weight issue only to
be told, "He's just a fat dog."  RAH has helped me shed the weight off of
him, and although he's not where he needs to be yet, he's on his way!

On Tuesday, my bulldog, Spanky, had a growth removed from his ear. I
was so worried that his ear would look deformed after the removal.
Yesterday I took the bandages off for the first time, and I was shocked.
With tears in my eyes I called my husband to tell him what a wonderful job
Dr. Sackman had done in making his ear look completely normal.
Bringing my babies to RAH was absolutely the best decision I could have
made for them!

Thank you so much to Dr. Sackman and the entire RAH staff...you are my
boys' guardian angels!

Trina checked Tyson out the last time we were at the vet and mentioned
that she could see his face in a picture with snow all around it.  Well, low
and behold we had snow on Christmas and I was able to get a shot of him
with snow on his face.  I wanted to email the picture to her and everyone
else at the clinic because it was a neat shot of him.  I hope you enjoy.

Thanks,
Chris and Jackie Cooper and Tyson
